Vendor Inspection
Our auditing services provide our clients with independent third party assessment of their suppliers facilities and quality management system. This service can be tailored to comply with any standard which our client requires. Capability assessments are conducted to ensure that suppliers meet our clients procurement requirements and are conducted using qualified and certified auditors. We have many years' experience of conducting API audits.
Expediting
Knowledgeable expeditors visit client/supplier facilities to ensure compliance to established schedules. The expeditor oversees timely placement of purchase orders for materials and subcontracts, to ensure that materials are received and placed in production as planned and that the progress of manufacturing test, assembly and related activities are such that the required delivery date will be met.
Mill Surveillance
Our inspectors have particular knowledge of forming, welding, non destructive testing, threading, coating and loading.
We have the capability of placing a team of inspectors in your mill to oversee all stages of production.
We conduct both full inspection to ensure that testing processes are controlled and verified or surveillance by random sampling on the production.
