South Seas Inspection has the necessary skills and expertise to successfully administer and manage complex contracts. Our best practice procedures and methodologies ensure that we regularly review, monitor & control contracts to ensure they are correctly managed and maintained.
It is the Project Manager's responsibility to ensure adequate liaison with the Client, sub-contractors, and Company management. The Project Manager shall co-ordinate all project activities to ensure that the budget, time-scales, scope, quality and regulatory criteria for the contracts are met.
